Kannur Salafi B.Ed College organized an impactful student induction program aimed at enhancing the professional development of its students. The program, titled “Skills and Attitudes for Holistic Professional Development,” was conducted on August 6, 2024.
The induction program was led by Biju Niduvaloor, a renowned teacher and motivational speaker known for his engaging and effective teaching methods. The session was highly interactive and incorporated various techniques to enhance student participation and learning, including, Drama, Used to illustrate key concepts and foster a deeper understanding of professional skills and attitudes. Role Play: Enabled students to practice and develop essential professional behaviors in a controlled, supportive environment. Interactive Methods: Included discussions, Q&A sessions, and group activities to encourage active engagement and reinforce learning. The program was reported to be very effective, leaving a positive impact on the students. The interactive methods used by Mr. Niduvaloor helped students better grasp the skills and attitudes necessary for holistic professional development. The participants appreciated the engaging format and felt more prepared for their future professional endeavors.
