An orientation session for the organization of the upcoming Sports Day was held on 6th February 2025 at the Conference Hall of the college. Ms. Riji Vijayan & Mr Abhinand gave necessary instructions to organize such events. The session aimed to provide a clear understanding of the plans and arrangements for the event, ensuring smooth coordination and active participation from all involved.
The orientation was attended by the organizing committee members, sports faculty, and student volunteers. During the session, the schedule for the Sports Day, the roles and responsibilities of various participants, and the necessary logistics were discussed in detail. The attendees were informed about the different sports activities and events that would take place, as well as the preparations required in terms of equipment, safety measures, and participant coordination.
