Kannur Salafi B.Ed College organized a Feedback/reflection Session for the 2024–26 batch of teacher trainees on 23 October 2025, following the successful completion of their school internship on 22 October 2025. The session aimed to provide a platform for student teachers to share their experiences, reflections, and learning outcomes from the internship program.
During the session, teacher trainees from each practicing school enthusiastically shared their teaching experiences, classroom management strategies, and the innovative methods they implemented during their internship period. They also reflected on the challenges faced, the support received from mentor teachers, and the personal and professional growth they achieved through hands-on teaching practice.
The session provided valuable insights into the practical aspects of teaching and helped both peers and faculty members understand the diverse learning environments of different schools. Faculty members appreciated the trainees for their dedication, adaptability, and commitment to the teaching profession.
The Feedback/self reflection Session served as a reflective exercise, enabling students to evaluate their performance and identify areas for improvement as future educators. The event concluded with words of appreciation from the Ms. Sudha M, Faculty Social Science, who commended the efforts of the teacher trainees and encouraged them to continue their journey as reflective and innovative teachers. The session was indeed meaningful and inspiring, marking the successful completion of an important phase in the professional preparation of the B.Ed trainees.
