About the Session:
The chosen book for the 5th session was “Ram c/o Anandhi”, a Malayalam novel by Akhil P. Dharmajan, first published in 2020. Our resource person for the day, Mr. Sahad.P.S (B.Ed Malayalam, Semester IV) delivered a comprehensive and insightful review of the book. Mr.Sahad neither disclosed the essence of the story nor leave any chance to attract the readers to grab this soon-to-be-movie book.
The novel paints a beautiful picture of life in Chennai, capturing the essence of its landscape, culture and people.
The story explores themes of love, loss, hope and resilience, offering a touching and relatable experience for readers.
About the Review:
Mr.Sahad gave an introduction on the heartwarming story, relatable characters and vivid portrayal of life in Chennai.The story revolves around Ram, a young man aspiring to be a film maker and an author. With remarkably simple and interesting language and style, the author takes the reader to such poignance that, all the characters seems intimately connected to the reader.
