Yoga Day, observed on June 21st, 2023, holds great significance as it promotes the practice of yoga, an ancient discipline that brings harmony to the mind, body, and soul. The celebrations at KS B.Ed. College were organized with the aim of highlighting the transformative power of yoga and inspiring its integration into our daily lives.
The event commenced with a serene and uplifting yoga session led by qualified instructors, who guided our students, faculty, and staff through various asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques. The collective energy and focus during the session created an atmosphere of tranquility and mindfulness, reminding us of the importance of self-care and inner balance in our fast-paced lives.
